Hem62 compiles a no-obligation travel proposal on the basis of the traveller’s travel plan. We strive to ensure that the information and prices in this travel proposal are correct and up to date. We are not responsible for errors in the descriptions of accommodations and activities and prices, no rights can be derived from this.
Hem62 mediates between providers of accommodation and activities and the travellers who visit the website. We communicate between the providers and the traveller until he or she wants to make a reservation. If the traveller wants to make a reservation, Hem62 shares the contact and reservation details with the provider.
As soon as the reservation is confirmed, the mediation ends and the agreement between the traveller and the provider of the accommodation or activity is established. The traveller will then receive an invoice from Hem62 of € 25 for the mediation costs.
Hem62 is not liable for errors in the reservations, the traveller must check these himself.
Disputes must be settled directly with the provider of the accommodation or activity. These each have their own payment and cancellation conditions. Hem62 has no influence on this.
Change or cancellation of a reservation
From the moment that the provider has confirmed the reservation, the traveller must, in the event of a change or cancellation, contact the provider directly. Hem62 no longer has any part in this. Any costs for changing or cancelling are for the account of the traveller. In many cases, the cancellation insurance covers (part of) the costs.
Personal travel guide
If you have booked accommodation and one or more activities through Hem62, you will receive your personalized travel guide at least 10 days before departure. In this travel guide you will find all important information, such as arrival and departure dates, times of planned activities and route descriptions. If you have not received a travel guide 5 days before departure, please inform us immediately.
If you only book accommodation or activities, you will not receive a personal travel guide. In this case we will provide you with a route description and inform you of the date and time you are expected from the provider.
Travellers who are dissatisfied with the accommodations and activities booked through Hem62 should report this to the provider as soon as possible so that a solution can be found during the trip.
Travellers who are dissatisfied with Hem62’s service or advice should report this to Hem62 as soon as possible so that a solution can be found. Travellers will be reimbursed up to the maximum of the costs paid to Hem62.
Hem62 accepts no liability for the actions and/or negligence of the providers of accommodations and activities, nor for the correctness of the data or information provided by them about accommodations and activities.
Under no circumstances will Hem62 be liable for damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of the information available on this website or the travel proposal of Hem62.
